About Julia Hoffmann

I am a UW-Madison Alum with a B.S. in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies with additional certificates in Entrepreneurship, Business, and Leadership. I am a goal-driven and motivated student, worker, and individual who is always ready to tackle new challenges, explore new opportunities, and expand on my skill set. With prior experience as a staff/event manager and in premium event service, I have a passion for being a dedicated team member and working collaboratively to accomplish collective and individual goals. Working in these positions has provided me the opportunity to step into leadership roles and provide direction for young workers building their work ethic, along with building on my own through communicating effectively with a variety of clients and colleagues. My years of hard work in the service industry has allowed me to further explore my passion for providing memorable hospitality, paying close attention to detail, and ultimately, looking through the eyes of a guest/consumer to provide the best experience possible.
