The IT industry is an extremely fast-paced, ever-changing industry. There are always new buzzwords, acronyms, and solutions to learn. To succeed, one must be able to constantly grow, adapt, and improve thier skills. I have always been a determined and hardworking individual. When faced with an unfamiliar problem or system, I am able to diagnose and resolve issues by using the experience and troubleshooting skills I have honed over the years. I work diligently to achieve the best possible outcomes in everything that I do, not just in my career, but in life. One of my strengths that helps make this a reality is my ability to communicate with others, including non-technical people, in a positive way. I am also constantly looking to improve and learn, which, coupled with my strong communication skills, has allowed me to work effectively in many different IT roles. I have worked in many different industries - higher education, healthcare, and finance, from small to large organizations. From my humble roots as an IT student technician at my alma mater, I have grown into a capable systems administrator with experience across AWS, GCP, Azure, and many legacy systems. I look forward to continuing to grow in the industry, and believe that my experience at all levels, from helpdesk to systems administration, will continue to be a valuable asset.
