About Laura Michael

I am a leadership development and coaching strategist who helps organizations build stronger leaders, healthier cultures, and more aligned teams. As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and organizational consultant, I design and lead enterprise leadership development and coaching programs that accelerate growth and strengthen leadership pipelines. My work blends behavioral science, ontological coaching, and organizational strategy to help leaders and teams improve self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and performance. I’ve developed and delivered programs for clients across government, higher education, and the private sector—including large-scale leadership coaching initiatives, culture transformation efforts, and team development retreats. Through Professional Box Breaker, I partner with organizations to provide executive and team coaching, leadership program design, facilitation, and employee experience strategy. My goal is to help leaders grow beyond old frameworks—raising their individual and collective capacity to lead with clarity, empathy, and impact.
