About Lisa Bell

If you're in HR, you’re probably dealing with complex, messy issues complaints that involve senior people, sensitive subjects, or situations that could go badly wrong if handled the wrong way. That’s where we come in. I’m the founder of Tell Jane. We support HR teams with tricky ER cases, culture change and preventative work all through a D&I lens. We’re often brought in when there’s high risk, high emotion, or high-profile stakeholders involved. Our team is known for being calm, fair and credible especially when things are sensitive, messy or reputationally risky. Personally, I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to sexual harassment prevention. It’s what gets me out of bed in the morning. Helping organisations challenge poor behaviour before it escalates, and supporting people through the process when it does, is the work I care most about.
