As an HR professional, I am proud to have made a difference in businesses by developing and implementing a range of HR initiatives, including: • Development of a competency framework and performance review system for a client in the financial services sector • Implementing a number of restructures and redundancy processes with both business focus and empathy, resulting in no appeals against dismissal and no tribunal cases • Developing and implementing a team leader development programme to improve succession planning for a business with previously high employee turnover.
