Charted Civil Engineer (Australia and New Zealand), Professional Engineer (Canada) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 17 years of experience in infrastructure projects from design management through to contract administration and resident engineering. Qualified North American/Canadian Structural Firefighter. I have a track record of safely delivering civil projects in New Zealand, Australia and Canada as a contractor, Resident Engineer/Superintendent/Engineer to Contract (Contract Administration) and Project Manager inclusive of the design process for government and EPCM firms. Led the immediate flood recovery effort for the severely impacted rural communities of the Lockyer Valley as a result of the 2011 and 2013 Queensland floods, works included reinstating access and protection of state road assets, public and private property. As well as leading the design, construction and administration of the reconstruction efforts including roads and fish passage friendly low level creek crossings. I have Australian, Canadian and New Zealand citizenship. My portfolio includes mega-projects in hydro infrastructure, roads, rail, mining, services and transport planning and strategy.
