I am valuable as a process, rather than an end product- I’ve been designing meaningful experiences long before “experience design” became a buzzword. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of design, strategy, and technology — leading cross-functional teams to deliver products, services, and environments that connect with people and drive real impact.My strength lies in navigating complexity and make things happen — whether I’m building immersive spaces, defining product ecosystems, or aligning stakeholders around a shared vision. I bring a systems-thinking mindset, a human-centered design process, and a bias toward action.Right now, I’m Costumer Experience Design Team Lead at HP’s Construction Services, where I’ve helped define and build SitePrint — a groundbreaking robotic solution that’s reimagining layout in construction. I led the 360º design effort across hardware, software, and service layers, and contributed directly to the definition of its offerings.Before HP, I founded and ran MAAY Studio, where I designed phygital experiences for clients like FC Barcelona, Huawei, and Garmin — blending storytelling, tech, and spatial design to communicate complex ideas in tangible, emotional ways.My background spans design leadership, product strategy, and design thinking. What drives me is transforming coworkers into great teams, identifying the right problems, and solving them creatively — while leaving a Marc:)
