About Maria Chavez

With 15 years of executive experience in talent acquisition and retained search — spanning boutique search firms and in-house recruiting — I help founders and C-level leaders scale their businesses by connecting the right people to the right roles. I’ve built a track record of sourcing and placing high-impact leaders, designing recruiting strategies, and advising on workforce planning that moves organizations forward.More recently I pivoted to PEO services to deliver a broader, operational HR solution: payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, and performance management. This shift lets me combine deep hiring expertise with day-to-day HR execution so leaders can focus on growth while I help reduce risk, control costs, and improve employee experience.I naturally build trusted, long-term business relationships by prioritizing clear communication, transparency, and outcomes. I enjoy partnering with founders and exec teams to solve people challenges pragmatically and create work environments where teams can thrive.Today I split my time advising and consulting SMB Utah Companies on HR offerings and selling Utah real estate!I look forward to connecting with you.
