Hi, I’m Marsha Gordon. I've always been deeply curious about what drives people, makes them unique, and fuels their passions. I deeply believe in women's boundless potential to positively impact our world, and I understand the profound importance of giving them a platform to raise the bar…together. Before SHATTR, I earned my Ph.D. in Psychology and Leadership Development before moving into the Ed Tech space in New York. And, after 16 years of leading and developing large teams, I have the privilege of working with executives as an International Coaching Federation Executive Coach, guiding super-successful individuals as they boldly navigate their journeys toward their next big step.Through my work with executive women, I kept hearing over and over and over again, “Where is this for the women who work for me?” These discussions inspired the vision for SHATTR.SHATTR is a space for high-potential women to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and growth, aiming for executive leadership. As we built SHATTR, we kept asking: What if every high-potential woman had the skills, confidence, and clarity to achieve her VP and beyond leadership ambitions? What if she could lead authentically while maintaining her well-being? What if women could connect with other high-potential women to advance further, faster, together?At SHATTR, members will FIND THEIR PEOPLE to support, challenge, and cheer each other on.
