About Meredith Martin

I'm an experienced Registered Architect and prior Active Duty Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer. I've spent the last 15 years developing a diverse skillset. I've provided a full spectrum of architectural services in the private sector, from high-end modern and historically sensitive residential work, to a 24-bed hospice, to millions of dollars in annual construction work for one of the largest privately held convenience store chains in the U.S. As a Construction Manager for the US Navy, I resolved complex issues to enable the successful completion of critical projects at NAS Pensacola. I led a detachment of 19 Navy Seabees in building humanitarian projects in the Marshall Islands, bringing potable water and school bathrooms to populations with no utility infrastructure. Most recently, I managed billions of dollars worth of MILCON project planning for the US Navy while working at Naval Installations Command Headquarters in Washington, DC. Throughout these experiences, my number one priority is Customer Service. I take great pride in cultivating excellent relationships with my superiors, peers, and clients, resulting in superior outcomes for all.
