About Michael Horton

As Business Development Manager at PMI, I help organisations unlock the full potential of their people through high-impact apprenticeship programmes and performance improvement solutions. With over nine years in the apprenticeship and further education space, I’ve worked across sectors to guide clients through programme selection, onboarding, and long-term development planning. At PMI, I focus on generating demand for our newly launched Level 4 Agile Operations Leader and Agile Business Analyst standards, alongside our established offerings such as the Level 4 Improvement Practitioner. Whether it’s supporting “accidental managers” stepping into leadership roles or helping teams embed agile ways of working, I’m passionate about matching the right learners to the right programmes.I regularly collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to shape proposals, deliver training initiatives, and ensure our consulting and learning solutions are tailored to real-world challenges. From initial conversations to cohort launch, I aim to make the journey as smooth and impactful as possible. If you're exploring how apprenticeships can support your organisation’s growth, I’d be happy to connect.
