About Michelle Shea

My greater skills, outside of everything I learned in my years of Cisco support, include being self-taught and resourceful (I can learn anything you set in front of me). I will dive into it, I will research it, I will find videos, guides etc. I enjoy finding efficiencies and streamlining processes to help grow the success of others. I will build and analyze reports to find areas where improvement is needed or to compare values or patterns in any type of scenario as long as there's a data source to do so. I juggle well being a working mom and have had the opportunity to work with some amazing managers who supported and encouraged my knowledge and career growth which inspired me to consistently work above and beyond for them. I am primarily inspired and motivated by leaders who truly care about humanity and integrity and simply trying to do the right thing. I have even greater appreciation for those business leaders who proactively get out there around everyday people and DO as opposed to those who are great at talking but don't go further than that.
