About Natasha Willis

I have always been a firm believer in Federick Douglass' assertion that,"“knowledge makes a man unfit to be a slave.” This slavery not only refers to the institution that was in place during Douglass’ lifetime, but also refers to the enslavement of ignorance, the enslavement of poverty, and the enslavement of failure. When a person is denied a quality education, they are condemned to minimal self awareness, limited economic stability, and stagnant success. Through education, however, individuals are freed from the bondage to which Frederick Douglass referred. It is with this philosophy that I guide my students on their journey of learning. By preparing them for top quality high schools, colleges, and the competitive world beyond, I help ensure that they are free to pursue their dreams and choice-filled lives.
