I am an experienced leader in music, arts, and creative education, committed to expanding access, excellence, and opportunity through the transformative power of creativity. Over the past 20 years, I have led large-scale programmes impacting more than young people annually, secured multi-million-pound public funding, and built lasting partnerships across education, arts, government, and philanthropy.At Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival, I have been privileged to help shape strategic organisational change, including leading the integration of legacy music services into a unified regional offer and securing Sussex’s designation as a Music Hub Lead Organisation. Through my leadership of Create Music and Future Creators, I have fostered cross-sector collaboration, championed inclusive practice, and helped build sustainable pathways into creative careers.As a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), I believe in leadership that is strategic, collaborative, and grounded in the social impact of the arts.
