About Phani Krishna

From science to social impact, and now scaling AI education, my journey has always been about one thing : unlocking human potential through learning. With 8+ years of experience across teaching, school leadership, and operational management, I discovered my true passion lies at the intersection of education, innovation, and community building. A pivotal moment was when I participated in a nationwide learning journey with 449 young minds across India—an experience that reshaped my perspective on the education system and sparked a deeper purpose: bridging opportunity gaps through scalable, high-quality learning experiences. Today, at GrowthSchool, I work at the forefront of upskilling— designing powerful learning experiences that bring together top industry practitioners and passionate learners from across the world. 🧠 What I specialize in: • Simplifying complex ideas, especially in AI & emerging tech • Building and scaling education programs with impact • Community-driven learning and peer-led growth • Leading cross-functional operations to drive execution Whether it’s helping someone pivot into AI, mentoring early educators, or building scalable learning systems, my mission is clear: empower people to grow faster than ever before. Let’s connect if you’re: • Exploring growth in AI or edtech • Passionate about scalable learning • Looking to collaborate or brainstorm ideas Let’s build something that outlives us.
