About Rafael Perez

With over 10 years of experience in connecting people management, organizational culture, and leadership development, I am passionate about helping organizations and teams thrive in a complex and dynamic world. As a Culture Consultant at happy.cc, the Corporate Culture spinoff of Happy House, I diagnose, plan, and implement cultural transformation programs for clients across various industries and sectors. And now as Principal for Nacar Americas @HPEcommerce (exploring other perspective in my career), I combine my expertise in team management and strategy. I lead the agency expansion for the USA and LATAM markets, embedded within HP Ecommerce team in Barcelona. I work with a multidisciplinary team of designers and strategists to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions for our client's platforms and services. I also teach Design Thinking and Team and Change Management at IED Barcelona, where I share my knowledge and insights with undergraduate and graduate students. I have a strong experience in group facilitation using diferent approches and methodologies, such as NVC, Art of Hosting, Group Development Levels, Design Sprint and others, working inside companies such as Gerdau, Renner and HP.
