Wide range of experience in medical writing, document quality, and data management areas of drug development. Customer focused quick thinker with excellent communication skills and a background in medicine. Have held a lead role in a novel collaborative outsourced business partnership, with experience in setting up and managing successful outsourced medical writing, medical research support, data management and document quality units. Experience in general management and cross functional leadership in a matrix environment. Co-led the company India inclusive leadership and diversity program and global Pride committee, gender-partnership and executive D&I committees. Holds a professional development certificate from the European Medical Writers Association (EMWA) and a diploma in medical law and ethics from the National Law School of India University. I am an Ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and my pronouns are she/her/hers.
