Hi, I’m Saurav Kay - Welcome to my profile! My journey in Talent Acquisition started over a decade ago. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of building high-performing tech teams across IT, Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services industries - always hiring for long-term success, not just short-term needs. I’ve seen firsthand how the right hire can transform a team, a culture, and sometimes even a company’s future. Over the years, technology has changed the game. I design future-ready talent strategies, use data-driven and inclusive sourcing techniques, and champion Diversity, Equity, and Belonging (DEIB)- ensuring every voice finds a place at the table.
