I have been in the education industry for almost 6 years now. Currently I am working as an Education Coordinator at Sundance College. My roles and responsibilities include:• Promoting awareness and information about the learning assistance resources and accommodation services.• Coordinating the scheduling of accommodated exams and liaises with the faculty to ensure exams are received in a timely manner and students are prepared for exam taking.• Providing counseling services to students having academic or behavioral problems. • Monitoring student attendance and academic performance to promote student success.• Responding to incoming queries via email and phone as well as collect required documentation for excused time off for students.• Assisting students in making academic decisions.• Processing course withdrawal requests.• Processing academic warnings for poor academic performance• Maintaining student profile records online.• Supporting and assisting instructors with student’s grading process and processing grade reviews.• Coordinating staff meetings and keep a record of the minutes.
