Journey has just begin... lot more to contribute to the society!!!  Dr. Shilpy is having 15 years of experience working with International NGO Research Institutions consultancies Policy making in Environment Waste management air pollution Climate change Low Carbon forestry and Climate Resilient climate change mitigation GHG mitigation agriculture and social sector sustainability projects Renewable Energy & MSME and social sector. At present working for CITIIS (City Investments to Innovate Integrate & Sustain) program as environment and social specialist which is a joint program of Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs- Government of India Agence française de développement (AFD) European Union and the National Institute of Urban Affairs. The program has a portfolio of €100 million loan and €6 million technical assistance grant for implementing urban infrastructure projects across 12 Smart Cities in India. prior joining to NIUA Shilpy has handled both the Domestic as well as International Projects in last 15 years in the field of Energy efficiency Renewable Energy GHG mitigation Water & Waste water Design Engineering Transaction Advisory  Environment & social sector Urban Planning Slum Infrastructure Development Feasibility Studies Highways and Roads in India and across the world.   She has worked in more than 25 Countries across the globe in Africa Middle East & South East Asian Countries As a person I love and respects art I would like to describe myself with the help of my favourite colours. . I have the spirit and soul to follow my passions and beliefs. YELLOW is a guiding light within that allows me to go after what I seek. RED illustrates boldness and my keen outlook on achieving my goals and targets well on time (never cross the line when it is red!) and BLUE portrays a sense of ease that I have communicating with those around me. However the colour I hold closest and dearest is GREEN. Growing up in a countryside with green all around me has given me a special bond with my environment. This personal sentiment has led me into a profession I have a keen interest in and passion for - climate change and sustainability.
