About Keith Tracy

I am a very adaptable person as you must be in the Call Center and Wireless world and I pride myself in teaching, developing, and growing "Customer First" focused teams that truly enjoy the company they work for. In the last 17 years I've had 2 careers that were VERY different in regards to industry but still the same when it came to providing excellent customer service. In both of those jobs I worked my way from the bottom up and I have been very successful in my current venture working from an entry level team member to a Site Director of Operations. My personal goal is to continue my personal and professional growth as I dedicate my career towards making sure my company and the clients it provides for is not only successful but the crème de la crème. I ensure that my business is very transparent and ran ethically by setting clear business objectives, never cutting corners and always inspecting what you expect on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. As my current path with a company I've been with for over 13 years draws to a close due to re-structuring I'm excited to start my journey with a new company.I’ve accepted an offer with a company in Las Vegas Nevada and SO excited to experience the new adventure ahead!
