About Stephanie Sweat

I am a process-oriented professional with a unique work history and a wide range of transferrable skills specializing in grants management and administration, qualitative and quantitative analysis, data visual creation, management, talent growth and cultivation, and impressive verbal and written communication skills. As a young professional, I obtained a Master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Economics from Washington and Jefferson College. In my academic tenure, I grew and developed my passion for statistics and data, further defining my analytical stills at the graduate level. Following graduation, I joined the management team of a multinational retail chain, focused on developing customer-facing services and opportunities. Utilizing my passion for data and analytics, I expanded my role in incorporate marketing and retail floor design to increase profitability and customer experiences. I have increasingly taken on more managerial responsibilities, expanding to include academics, athletics, and philanthropy.
