Steve brings extensive experience from business technology and operations roles as well as two decades plus of working with world-wide teams, public speaking, mentoring, and facilitating business results. Steve makes executive leadership teams cohesive through vulnerability-based trust, healthy conflict, clarity and buy-in, peer-to-peer accountability, and a laser focus on organizational results. His company, Teamwork Principals, has served both domestic and international leaders. Steve has a reputation for improving executive team cohesion and organizational clarity. Steve has guided teams from industries as diverse as construction, higher education, life sciences, and high tech into cohesive, effective, high performing teams that enjoy the most practical competitive advantage available. Steve’s primary clients are executive teams looking to improve their cohesion, alignment, and communications as well as to transform their organization’s vision so that it creates clarity, inspires employees, and improves the bottom line. Steve also holds a Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) Certification on Step I ® and Step II ® behavioral assessments for individuals and teams. Prior to beginning his practice Steve’s positions included BA, BSA, and international product line manager, at Robert Half International, and vice president of operations, at a Cisco Company. Steve has led numerous business technology teams in EMEA, and North America. Steve lives with his wife and two sons in Concord, California.
