Steven Harrison is a business continuity and all-hazards emergency preparedness professional. Mr. Harrison assists businesses in developing preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery plans and associated tools for their operationalization. Mr. Harrison holds a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness, and is a certified FEMA Master Exercise Practitioner. Mr. Harrison most recently managed the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Radiation Control Program and served on Virginia’s Unified Command organization as the Logistics Lead for COVID-19 testing and vaccination. His previous experience includes various gubernatorial appointments to commissions and work groups, serving as Virginia’s Hospital Preparedness Coordinator and Assistant Director – Office of Emergency Preparedness, and a 23 year tenure with Dominion Energy as a Nuclear Emergency Preparedness expert with regard to radiological preparedness, drills, and exercises.
