I provide extensive Telecommunications and Service Provider Industry knowledge specializing in the application of legacy TDM systems into next generation SIP / VoIP environments. More specifically, I have refined my expertise towards financial sector specific voice requirements, SIP/TDM conversion, voice and data IP Networks, routing, design, and call security. I am very comfortable with customer facing interactions, especially with the education of clients and staff on various voice technologies and business processes. Utilizing these interactions, I have developed many years of project management practice allowing me to complete various voice and data projects. I'm an effective professional, and a technically oriented problem solver with excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and network infrastructure background. This technical background has allowed me to be comfortable with making decisions in a fast paced, time sensitive, and deadline-oriented environment. I'm most proud of my hands-on technical problem-solving expertise, network monitoring practices, hardware and application knowledge base, and application development.
