An innovator, bringing together artists, communities and audiences for whom regular engagement is challenging. I take an entrepreneurial approach to change management. I have a track record of developing strategic partnerships with a reputation for delivering beyond expectations. An excellent and enabling people manager.I am passionate about supporting people in non-traditional community venues in offering their communities professional touring performing arts work and so creating a great night out.
