About Suresh Bhandari
learning new cuisine is my passion, and I am pursuing as a sous chef at The Momo Factory, doing part time work and also preparing for my practicum at capilano suspension bridge park and a tourism management student at Capilano University. I have been working at The Momo Factory for over a year, preparing and serving authentic and delicious Indo-Chinese, Nepalese cuisine. I enjoy learning from the chefs and the owners, who are passionate about sharing their culture and food with the community. At Capilano University, I am expanding my knowledge and skills in culinary arts and tourism, two fields that I have always loved and wanted to explore. I hope to graduate in 2024 with a degree that will enable me to create and innovate dishes that reflect my heritage and identity, as well as the diversity and richness of the world's cuisines.
