About Suzanne Hill

I’m Suzanne, a new build property investment expert through and through! I’ve personally invested in new build properties and even partnered with family members to help them get into the market. With over 20 years of property investment experience, I’ve been through multiple property cycles and seen both the highs and lows of the property investment world. As a Licensed Salesperson specialising in new builds, I’ve sold over 170 properties and helped hundreds of Kiwis invest in property and build portfolios for themselves and their families. Before moving into real estate sales, I worked as a Property Coach and qualified Financial Adviser, helping clients get into a position to grow their wealth and prepare for a comfortable retirement. If you’re a financial adviser working, I’d love to chat about how I can support your clients with their property goals. And if you’re a potential buyer looking to grow your wealth through new build property investment, I’m here to help. I’ll guide you through the property options that best suit your situation and support you every step of the way on your property purchasing journey. Let’s make it happen!
