At Equiti some of my daily tasks include- Creating reports and data visualization to give business insights and help stakeholders make decisions- Filling the gap where existing data systems do not connect or provide needed insights- Automating data workflows with Python and Pandas, PostgreSQL or and /or Excel- Providing detailed, agent level KPIs and cost analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis- Data cleaning and analysis- Workforce/ call-flow analysis.Some of my major successes include- Creating and automating a script that provides agent, vendor language and system wide and cost analysis, productivity analysis- Scripting major, detailed audits of vendor invoices to help prevent overbilling- Engineering a script to move data out of one system, aggregating it, and exporting to a file which is accepted for upload by our WFM software to produce further detailed insights- Designing a script that can sort call logs from thousands of devices and help identify devices that may be having issues so as to proactively correct issues before the customer reports it. I am also an experienced Hmong language translator and interpreter. I've been learning Hmong since 2011, and I moved to northern Thailand and lived there from 2013-2020, where I continued my studies of Hmong and Thai as well. I have interpreted and translated both on a volunteer and professional basis. I have done simultaneous interpretation to an audience of over
