After spending 12+ years as an HR professional, I pursued my passion for helping people and organizations reach their career and business goals. In 2020, I founded WinnWings – a career coaching and HR consulting firm that leads leaders of multinational corporations (Coca-cola, Microsoft, Merck, and Intel etc.), entrepreneurs, and HR professionals in finding and honing their full potential and spreading their wings across North America, Canada, and Asia. 3 years in coaching 250+ clients and completing 1500+ hours of sessions. Achieved a satisfaction rate of 4.9 out of 5 regarding the leadership or career coaching service.(40% of clients get promoted within a year.) 3. 100% of clients find jobs that were expected or exceeded expectations within 3 months of coaching. 9 years' full functional HR & 6 years' leadership experience, specializing in leadership & development, talent acquisition, organization development, change management, and culture transformation. My way of coaching is a warm, trustful, and co-creative engagement with compassionate listening and powerful questions. I build a psychologically safe space for clients to speak up and energize things that help them reach a new level of fulfillment, success, and productivity. My cultural exposure coupled with my extensive experience working with companies and individuals across the US, Canada, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Austalia and China enables me to direct business leaders in fostering company cultures that embrace diversity and inclusion. My clients' feedback is that this is an authentic relationship. Our coaching session is a strategic white space for them to pause for a while, and they can breathe, recharge and redesign their career and life in this VUCA/BANI world.
