Established in January 2016, the Florence School of Banking and Finance was designed as a European platform bringing together practitioners and academics from the banking and finance sector to develop a common culture of regulation and supervision in the European Union. Servizio Glaciologico Lombardo

Il Servizio Glaciologico Lombardo (SGL) è un'associazione scientifica non-profit i cui scopi sono la ricerca e il monitoraggio in ambito glaciale alpino, la divulgazione dei dati e delle ricerche svolte, la pubblicazione di una rivista di glaciologia (Terra glacialis), la formazione e l'aggiornameno degli operatori glaciologici. Il SGL è stato costituito come associazione nel 1992 dopo un periodo di collaudo, nella veste di gruppo operativo, durato 7 anni (dal 1985). In questa fase il SGL è vissuto dapprima all’interno del Comitato Scientifico Centrale del Club Alpino Italiano e successivamente come Organo Tecnico Periferico dello stesso CAI. Il SGL è Associazione riconosciuta dal CAI e membro del Comitato Glaciologico Italiano e della CIPRA Italia. Lo statuto è stato emendato in tempi recenti ai fini dell’inserimento dell'Associazione nell'Albo del Volontariato della Provincia di Milano (2001, n° MI-2 ).

Super Il Festival Delle Periferie

Super, il “festival delle periferie” attraverso l’associazione culturale “TumbTumb” nasce per dare forma narrativa a tutto ciò che esiste, nasce e si attiva nelle periferie di Milano. Un grande archivio di pratiche, azioni, realtà viene pian piano costruito e rappresentato attraverso continue forme immediate, performative e popolari che coinvolgono un largo pubblico. Un lavoro di ascolto e di coinvolgimento diretto di chi abita e vive la periferia, di chi la amministra e costruisce, per comporre una trama di racconti, film, disegni, illustrazioni, fotografie, suoni, spettacoli e parole che descrivano in maniera esclusiva e nuova un territorio limitrofo di cui spesso si parla in negativo e si hanno racconti frammentati e parziali. Il festival, iniziato a dicembre 2015, è lento, itinerante e ha già prodotto 23 tour, incontrato 160 realtà attive, 7 laboratori itineranti e 10 progetti autoriali che si concentrano su alcune tassonomie specifiche dei territori che stiamo percorrendo: sport, abitare, verde, cultura, playgrounds, trasporti, lavoro, tempo libero. Super, il festival delle periferie, di volta in volta organizza dei momenti di lettura, ascolto e riflessione invitando artisti, videomaker, sociologi, illustratori, fumettisti, scrittori, compositori, attori, fotografi, giornalisti e antropologi a confrontarsi con abitanti e amministratori, luoghi, spazi pubblici e privati per dare vita ogni volta a progetti di cui siamo curatori ed editori.

The Globus et Locus Association was created in 1997 for the purpose of promoting the analysis of glocal issues arising from the interaction between the global and the local. It is a forum for translating reflections on such phenomena into studies and strategic action. The Association acts as both a research body and a planning entity, contributing to the activities of its members and of the other national and international institutions with which it collaborates. These goals have shaped the nature of membership in Globus et Locus. The Consortium works towards the greater goal of elevating the production of historic cheese, made according to traditional methods, to the status of "works of art." Cdca- Documentation Centre On Environmental Conflicts

The CDCA mission is to research and provide information about both the causes of the environmental conflicts produced by the exploitation of natural resources, and its consequences. This often include a disregard for local communities rights. By offering first-hand information and localised data, the CDCA also plans to spur public interest and discussion in Italy and EU about policies carried out by International financial institutions, and issues of social justice, by giving voice to the local communities and social movement. The Fields of investigation are mainly: Energy, Waste management, Infrastructure, Industrial plant, Public healt, Environmental rights, Climate change, Social corporate responsability. The services that CDCA provides are- Public Library: a national public library including a variety of documents produced by local research centres and independent organisations - Web Site and Atlas: the website provides free and easy access to various archives, document collections and a database with over a hundred environmental conflict cases studies- Public Events - Education and Training Services: for teachers, students, trainers,public administrations, trade unions and professionals on different topics, especially on political ecology and ecological economics, environmental sustainability- Network: The CDCA is part of the European network CEECEC – – which includes academics, researchers and lobbyists and is part of the EJOLT structure. InterMaths is a 2-year Erasmus Mundus Joint Master on Interdisciplinary Mathematics, with specific focus on Biomedical Sciences and Industrial Engineering. The Programme is jointly offered by 5 EU Universities: University of L’Aquila, TU Vienna, Hamburg University of Technology, Autonomous University of Barcelona, University of Cote d’Azur. The InterMaths Network also offers a set of 2-year Double Degree programmes (referred to as "RealMaths") with a focus on scientific computing and applications. Our specialisations include modern applications in material science or socio-economical sciences, as well as innovative methodologies in high performance computing and data analysis. Students spend one year in L’Aquila and one year in one of our partners in Canada, Czechia, France, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Ukraine.
