We study, create and experiment to produce wines without compromise: authentic, able to speak to the soul and to seduce the palate.

Vinory is a wine producer located in Piedmont, Northern Italy. In 2014, a group of wine-interested friends from Norway bought their first barbera vineyard in NIZZA. After visiting Piedmont for the first time, they fell in love with the area, the food, the culture, the landscape and not least the wine. In the years since then, investments have been made in top quality vineyards throughout the area. Today, wine is produced from 12 hectares of privately owned vineyards located in Monforte d'Alba, Neive, Vezza d'Alba and Nizza Monferrato. Vinory has an annual production of around bottles of Barolo DOCG, Barbaresco DOCG, Nizza DOCG, Barbera d'Asti DOCG and Roero Arneis DOCG. Vinory has established a very exciting team of the best winemakers in Piedmont who complement each other, ensure sustainable production and different styles of the wines. Allegrini is the leading producer in the Valpolicella Classica area and one of the most highly acclaimed wineries in Italy and throughout the world. The family’s roots in Valpolicella date back to the 16th century. Today the winery consists of 150 hectares, set amongst the rolling hills of the ‘Classica’ appellation. All wines produced under the Allegrini label are produced exclusively from these estate vineyards. Vendemmiamo a mano e utilizziamo piccole cassette, dove riponiamo con cura i grappoli, prestando attenzione a preservarne l’integrità. La cantina si trova a pochi passi dai vigneti permettendoci di vinificare in tempi ottimali l’uva raccolta. Il suolo calcareo-argilloso è perfetto per la coltivazione di uve a bacca nera e ci permette di ottenere vini dal colore intenso, ricchi di corpo, complessità, acidità e longevità. Our primary purpose is to create balanced wines while utilizing sustainable, environmentally friendly farming practices. Our mission is to source the best grapes from our vineyards to create high quality wines conveying the excellence of the “terroir”. We harvest by hand: the bunches are picked and laid in small crates, which are then taken from the vineyards to the cellar which is very close to preserve their quality. The distinctive clay-limestone soil creates the perfect conditions for red grapes like merlot, syrah and cabernet to develop their complex flavors and beautiful intense colour.

All the wines produced here are made in the most traditional and natural way, using only Sicilian indigenous grapes and employing ancient wine-making techniques such as fermentation in terracotta. The resulting wines are a combination of modern technology and traditional techniques and are a true reflection of their terroir. The Cortese estate, founded in the 30's, has been owned by the northern Italian brother and sister Stefano and Marina Girelli since 2016. The Girelli family has been producing wine in various regions of Italy for decades, but is the island of Sicily that captured their hearts. Stefano and Marina realized many years ago the tremendous potential of Sicily for making premium wines and, as strong supporters of organic cultivation, recognized the perfect conditions for producing organic, low-intervention wines.

Azienda San Gregorio
The San Gregorio estate stretches over the Chianti Colli Senesi hills around Chiusi, in the southern part of the province of Siena. Lands, these, prodigal of generous wines since time immemorial, lands where wine is an integral part of a millenary tradition and culture. In this luxuriant context, for generations, the passion for viticulture has been the secret of genuine wines of undeniable quality. The estate covers about 120 hectares, 19 of which are vineyards, and until the 1950s the San Gregorio winery made viticulture its vocation, and since 1987 it has been marketing and developing the company brand, producing authentic Chianti Colli Senesi wines that are identified with the territory. The philosophy is based on the enhancement of Tuscan culture, cultivating only vines that have evolved and adapted over time in this area. In addition to producing wine, San Gregorio is also an agritourismand breeding of Cinta Senese (a breed of domestic pig from the province of Siena, in Tuscany).
