Casa Setaro
Casa” (Home) because love for wine is born of a family passion. Solid roots, as the ungrafted vines of our vineyards, are the basis of the integrity and the authenticity of our wines. Casa Setaro is located in Trecase, province of Naples, inside the Vesuvius National Park, that today is a Biosphere Reserve and, since 1995, site of UNESCO. On volcanic soils at different altitude and exposure, 14 hectares of vineyards are organically cultivated with native varieties of ungrafted vines: Aglianico, Falanghina, Piedirosso and a rare and precious vine that grows only here, the Caprettone. The winery it self resided at the family house: obtained below it, benefits from the specificity of the volcanic rock by the last great Vesuvius eruption, allowing a naturally favorable temperature and humidity for the winemaking. Today, the company produces about 80 thousand bottles with only its own grapes. It is the first company in Vesuvius to produce a Classic Method sparkling wine with 100% Caprettone grapes, 36 months on the lees and a 48 months Brut Nature, called both "Pietrafumante". Visiting Casa Setaro is a shared experience, a moment of knowledge and emotions. Different wine experiences, tailored to each needs, offer the possibility of combining artisanal flavors with scenic beauty of the Vesuvius National Park.

Fattoria Mancini
Fattoria Mancini Pinot Noir growers on the Cliff of Focara since in 1861. Pinot Noir was introduced on the Cliff of Focara by the Napoleonic administration around 1810. The Napoleonic administration identified these coastal cliffs and their calcareous limestone soil to be an ideal location to grow Pinot Noir and planted it in several proprieties confiscated from the Church. In 1861 the Mancini Family bought one of these proprieties and since then they have conserved and reproduced the original Pinot Noir that was introduced during the French domination The noble variety was preserved and selected by the Mancini family for five generations of winegrowers. The largest range of Pinot Noir vinifications in Italy: Currently, the Winemaker Luigi Mancini produces seven wines based on Pinot Noir grapes: a Champenois, two barrel fermented still white wines and four traditional red wines. Territory: The Cliff stands at the very north of the Marche Region, creating the physical and climate border on the Adriatic coast between North and Central Italy. The vineyards, of around 20 hectares, are located in the Natural Park of Mount San Bartolo, at the very north of the Marche Region. They sit above the spectacular cliffs of Focara on the Adriatic coast, a few kilometres from the town of Pesaro. The cool microclimate of this stretch of north orientated coast and the calcareous sandstone soil allow the production of long lived wines with a great balance between structure, depth, freshness and elegance. The principal grape variety of Fattoria Mancini is Pinot Noir and after two centuries of evolution and adaptation this particular Pinot Noir is now quite rightly considered a local grape. Marchesi Di Rampingallo
The Marchesi di Rampingallo company is located in Contrada Rampingallo, in the territory of Salemi (TP). The winery is located in the countryside of the Municipality of Menfi, precisely on the SP48 to Porto Palo di Menfi (AG) For almost two centuries, Marchesi di Rampingallo belongs to the Russo Messina family, who has identified the authentic vocation of this territory by completely renewing the wine supply chain of the farm owned and restructuring the beam of the second half of the '700, transforming it in 1998 into a modern factory for the production of high quality wines, thanks to the use of the most advanced technologies. The vineyards, owned by the Russo Messina family, of native and allochthonous varieties, extend for about 69 hectares in the hills of Salemi, with an altitude between 60 and 260 meters. The vineyards were planted on a hilly terrain with medium slope, particularly suited with a southern exposure, characterized by a favorable microclimate, a strong temperature range between day and night and mitigated by the winds coming from the south. The vineyards are mainly espalier trained with Guyot pruning, they grow on a clayey marl soil that gives the wine particular characteristics such as structure, longevity and softness, which release complex olfactory and gustatory sensations to the taste. A part of the vineyards of Grillo grapes and Nero d'Avola grapes are now trained as saplings. Marchesi di Rampingallo has its roots in history. In fact, on the evening between 12 and 13 May 1860, Garibaldi, the Hero of the Two Worlds, together with his Thousand arrive at the Rampingallo farm where they spend the night. And it is precisely on those hills that today stands the modern cellar, equipped with all the most innovative equipment. At MURI-GRIES wine has always been closely linked to the monastery. The vineyards have belonged to the monastery for centuries, and the winery is also completely integrated in the abbey. CULTURAL HERITAGE. NATURAL TREASURE. Wine cellars have something almost sacred for wine lovers. This impression is likely to be reinforced at the Muri-Gries monastery winery in Bolzano. After all, the rooms that are used as cellars today were the church of the then Augustinian monastery until the end of the 18th century. And even today, one can reach the monastery cloister directly from the cellar. The connection between wine and the monastery, which has existed for centuries, is thus also evident in the monastery complex. Thus, the heart of the vineyards, the Klosteranger, is still part of the monastery complex in the Gries district of Bolzano. In addition, grapes from other vineyards in and around Bolzano and in the Überetsch region come to the monastery winery. The owner of the winery and vineyard is the community of the Benedictines of Muri-Gries, while the daily work around the wine is in the hands of laymen, first and foremost in those of cellar master Christian Werth. He describes the wines of the monastery winery as "elegant, straightforward, emphatically varietal, powerful and closely linked to their origins".
