Conte Collalto

Demarie
At Vezza d'Alba, in the heart of the Roero region, over three generations of the Demarie Giovanni family have been running 30 hectares of vineyards with expertise, hard work and a truly passionate love for wine-growing. Respect for the environment with the application of policies involving integrated combat, appropriate pruning, thinning and hand harvesting, together with great precision in bunch selection are the aspects that contribute towards producing a range of autochthon wines that have become the symbol of Piedmont region. After the terroir and the vines, the cellar is the other important component for completing the production cycle. The domain's choice to produce wines using exclusively the grapes from our own vines is the guarantee of quality and authenticity. Gentle pressing, controlled temperature fermentation and aging in carefully selected wooden barrels, combine to enhance the natural characteristics of the grapes, while maintaining the full aroma.

Meraki Vini

Palmento Costanzo
Our winemaking project stems from a vision: to return to the slopes of Etna, to a wild and complex land, to breathe life back into the past, with an eye to the future. This is how the conservative restoration of Palmento Costanzo was born, a dynamic synthesis of authenticity, tradition, and evolutionary vision. Our vineyards extend over 18 hectares distributed between Contrada Santo Spirito and Contrada Cavaliere, with over one hundred terraces cultivated with bush-trained vines amidst sun, magma and sea breeze. To tell the story of the complexity of Etna's terroir, we adopt an artisanal and selective approach, oriented towards the enhancement of individual plots in order to produce Etna DOC wines capable of precisely expressing the identity of each vineyard and the richness of an area in continuous transformation. At the same time, our production philosophy is based on research, innovation, and sustainability: cardinal principles that guide our constant commitment to quality. We are delighted to take you with us to our Sicily and to our Etna Evolution.

Scarzella - Azienda Agricola
We truly believe a careful work in the vineyard and non-invasive winemaking practices are the most important factors to make quality and elegant wines. We are 3 brothers, third generation of a family of farmers and winemakers, together we share the love for our land and our territory. We are in Piedmont Region, the landscape is the Monferrato recognized as a UNESCO site since 2014. All the operations in the vineyard are carried out by hand. The steep terrain keeps the large machines away from the vines, this has allowed us to get in perfect harmony with our plants and our land, with all the effort required for quality. We practice a green and sustainable agriculture, always respecting biodiversity. Barbera is the most typical and renowned variety of our region and Rocchetta Tanaro is one of the municipalities that has marked the history of this wine. Here, not only Barbera finds its best terroir, but also Grignolino, another native grape variety of Monferrato, a cultivar that offers wines that are anything but predictable, a product that we care a lot about and want to make rediscover.
