Azienda Uggiano
Il vino è un’esperienza da condividere. Uggiano è a San Vincenzo a Torri, nel Chianti Colli Fiorentini, alle porte di Firenze. Dal 1976, grazie ai terreni e alla selezione delle uve, i vini di Uggiano sono sinonimo di eccellenza in tutto il mondo. Qui il Sangiovese trova la sua massima espressione nel Chianti Riserva. Merlot, Syrah e Cabernet Sauvignon contribuiscono alla creazione dei SuperTuscan. 80ha di vigneto. Nel 2019 Tenuta Aquilaia è entrata a far parte della realtà di innovazione di Uggiano. Una cantina di design a Scansano, in Maremma, che produce ciliegiolo, anche nella versione rosato, vermentino e sangiovese.

Oggi, Desiderio Bortolin – affiancato dal padre Angelo - guida con passione la squadra dell’azienda, una famiglia di talenti appassionati e motivati.“Produciamo poco, lavoriamo moltissimo, vendemmiamo rigorosamente a mano. Cantina Luca Gentile
Our story begins on February 2, 1960, when 25 farmers, guided by the vision and dedication of Dr. Luca Gentile, decided to join forces to enhance the value of their precious local grapes. From this act of collaboration and passion, the Cantina Sociale of Cassano Murge was born, nestled in the heart of the Murgia Barese. Today, the winery proudly bears the name of its founder, who was its far-sighted president for over thirty years. Today, our winery spans an area of approximately square meters, welcoming grapes not only from the territory of Cassano Murge but also from neighboring towns. Thanks to around 500 member winegrowers, we are able to process up to kilograms of grapes and store up to liters of wine. With a community of 400 members who annually contribute around tons of the highest quality wine grapes, our winery blends tradition with innovation. Modern winemaking techniques, with strict temperature control during fermentation, along with a state-of-the-art bottling line, allow us to bring excellent wines to your table. Our land is the secret of our success. Located in an area with a strong winemaking vocation, with limestone soils rich in minerals and scarce water, it offers the ideal conditions for growing extraordinary grapes. Most of our vineyards, as well as the Cantina Sociale Luca Gentile, are located in the D.O.C."Gioia del Colle" area, renowned for producing Primitivo, an indigenous variety that tells the story and tradition of our territory. Every bottle is the result of the passion of a community that has believed in the land, quality, and unity for decades.

Cantine Romano was founded in 2020 with the aim of enhancing the vines of Southern Italy such as Aglianico and Greco di Tufo, investing in Inpinian viticulture's land and centuries-old tradition. The grapes are processed only in AISI 316 stainless steel with the most advanced equipment and the best technologies available in the enological field. Thanks to this careful processing, high quality and long-lived wines are guaranteed to the final consumer.

Cascina Elena
Cascina Elena was born with its first harvest in 2020 in a small natural amphitheater in the middle of the Langa that runs from San Donato di Mango down to Rocchetta Belbo. The vineyards spread out over 4.5 ht divided into small terraces mostly planted in the late 60s and early 00s, each with its own story to tell. We are 500 m.a.s.l. on limestone soils, rich in silt and very fine sand, which we manage according to organic principles, working with light machinery to respect the delicate balance of these hills made of ridges and dry stone walls. Our vineyards are in a single cluster surrounded by woods, and this guarantees us biodiversity and protection from pesticide contamination. What we try to do is accompany our grapes along their path without intervening, letting the terroir express itself. In 2021 we built a theater in the forest where we host cultural events with km0.

Formata esclusivamente da piccoli proprietari terrieri, la Cooperativa può contare su 12 ettari di proprietà dei Soci, situati all’interno di 5 diverse denominazioni: Sebino e Ronchi di Brescia IGT, Cellatica e Curtefranca DOC, Franciacorta DOCG. La Cooperativa si dedica con passione alla valorizzazione dei vini rossi della tradizione bresciana, una tipologia di prodotto che forma parte integrante della storia della cantina e sulla quale la Cooperativa continua a puntare, ricercando costantemente la qualità nel pieno rispetto del territorio. The history of our winery originates in the heart of the Langhe (a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2014), when in 1974 the ancient farmhouse, dating back to the mid-18th century, was transformed into a winery, giving birth to Dosio Vigneti. A contiguous vineyard surrounds the estate, located at the highest point of the Barolo designation, 500 meters above sea level, on the Serradenari hill, in the historic village of La Morra, with a stunning amphitheater of the Alps as a backdrop. The terroir and the enhancement of single-vineyard wines are at the core of the production philosophy, alongside the constant pursuit of quality, respect for traditions, and the land. 2010 marked an important change: the founding owners were succeeded by new ones, the Lanci family, who gave the company a new look while always respecting traditions and the territory. In 2023, as a testament to their love for the Langhe territory, the Agri-Wine Resort, Antica Dimora Dosio, was born following a patient and meticulous conservative restoration of the late 19th-century farmhouse adjacent to the estate. Antica Dimora Dosio aims to be a tribute to hospitality, immersing guests in the charm of this place’s history and sharing that sense of uniqueness that this territory, this hill, the cradle of our winery, represents for us.

At the foot of the Alps, a farmhouse open to those who love the slow life. Rooms and silence, vineyards, heartfelt cuisine and wines that speak of freedom and land. Working just under two hectares, I produce a few thousand bottles a year using natural methods, striving to convey purity, honesty, and soul: minimal intervention in the vineyard, spontaneous fermentations, playful macerations, long fermentations, virtually zero sulfites, and aging in delicate, freshly toasted French oak barrels. Wine as a treasure chest that reveals respect for its clay-rich soil and its vines at the foot of the Monte Rosa massif in an ancient glacial valley of prehistoric origin in Alto Piemonte.

Il Colle 1978 - Winery And Vineyards
Il Colle is the Ceschin family's winery and is located in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills, in San Pietro di Feletto. The family produces Prosecco Superiore DOCG and other local quality wines, such as Prosecco Tranquillo (Still Prosecco), Colli di Conegliano DOCG Rosso or Refrontolo Passito. Since 2019 at the helm of the winery there are Sara, Andrea and Francesco, the three young siblings that together with their mother, Gianna, carry on a project started by their father and founder Fabio Ceschin. Il Colle directly cultivates and manages 40 hectares of vineyards located between the municipalities of San Pietro di Feletto, Collalbrigo, Costa and Follina. The mission of the Ceschin family is to carry on Fabio's desire: to produce a healthy, authentic wine. To do this, they reduce the treatments and use of chemicals as much as possible, from the vineyard to the cellar. Il Colle has BIO ICEA organic certification since 2012 and currently has 8 hectares runed with organic agricolture. It also has ISO 9001, BRC and IFS certifications. Andrea has been the company's CEO since 2019 and is in charge of general management; Sara, his twin sister, has been in charge of sales and marketing management since 2015; Francesco coordinates the work in the vineyard and personally takes care of all the vineyards since 2008; Gianna takes care of accounting and human resources.

To understand what the Antica Quercia (Ancient Oak) is, you need to walk through our vineyards, look at everything that surrounds us, sit beneath the shade of the big oak and listen to the silence. We are on the axis that connects the high peaks of the Dolomites to Venice, nestled among unique hills which give us everything we could want. For vines, olive trees and all the other trees we grow are looked after and respected according to the rhythms and the rules always suggested by nature. For this reason, our daily work aims to harmonise every choice we make, without forcing nature, as if everything was a continuous flow of energy.

La Ripresa è una giovanissima tenuta situata sul versante Nord-Ovest dell'Etna. Lavoriamo secondo i principi della viticoltura biologica e dell'agroforestazione. I vigneti sono distribuiti su 2 appezzamenti: Tartaraci, terra nera/sabbia vulcanica a 950 m di altitudine e Sorge, composta da terra bianca marnosa a 900 m di altitudine. Produciamo vini di montagna, vulcanici, leggeri e sani. La Ripresa is a very young estate located on the North-West slope of Etna. We work according to the principles of organic viticulture and agroforestry. The vines are spread over 2 plots: Tartaraci, black earth/volcanic sand at an altitude of 950 m and Sorge, made up of marly white earth at an altitude of 900 m. We produce mountain wines, volcanic, light and healthy.
