Jon leads a national direct mail and digital strategy for Summit Ministries, as well as a 7+ year portfolio of major supporter relationships. This work has tripled the revenue (as well as a 2.5x growth in number of active donors) at the organization during his tenure. Jon also led the relationship management for a family who gave the organization's first ever seven figure cash gift in the fall of 2023 and who followed it up with multiple gifts in the same range in subsequent years.
