Toje Wines
TOY-yuh is a German dialect word means a vine’s rootstock, but you won’t find it in a dictionary, nor will it be recognized in other parts of the country. The word only lives in one of many small villages dotting the Mosel River, the village Johannes grew up in, caring for each of the Toje by hand on the steep hillsides. The name Toje is an ode to the ancient craft of working hands-on, both in the vineyards and in the cellar, that Johannes learned in the Mosel Valley and continues to practice here in Sonoma. That attention to detail is something we’ll carry over into each aspect of our brand, from winemaking to serving each and every one of our patrons.

Use real flavors and capitalize on technology to ensure the highest product quality and consistency. Our methier collects real-time data throughout the fermentation process to inform decision-making for the management of each batch. Happy yeast create happy mead, eliminating off flavors without the need to age products before sale. Our formulas never include artificial flavors or ingredients. We make chocolate with cacao, lemonade with organic lemon juice, lavender with lavender buds sourced from a small family farm in Lompoc, CA, and the list goes on.

Foris Vineyards And Winery
In 1971 Ted Gerber purchased 15 acres of rugged land in the Siskiyou Mountains, 7 miles from the California border. At the time, there were only 13 wineries in Oregon and NONE in the Rogue Valley. Armed with 30 years of climate data from the smokejumper station south of Cave Junction, Ore, a strong back, and a desire to get back to the land, little did he know that his leap-of-faith would place him among the pioneers of the Oregon Wine industry. Today, Foris Vineyards spans 255 acres and is home to some of the most amazing stories you’ll ever hear…that, and great wine at good prices.

Grayhaven Winery
Nestled in the rolling hills of central Virginia's Piedmont region, Grayhaven Winery produces limited release wines from estate-grown Pinotage, Petit Verdot, Touriga Nacional and other vinifera and French hybrid grapes. The winery is known for signature wines such as Pinotage, Trekker and Rivercrest as well as events like the annual South African Food & Wine Festival. Founded in 1978, Grayhaven is one of the oldest commercial vineyards in the state of Virginia. In 1994, the winery was granted the 22nd Farm Winery license in Virginia, a state with almost 400 wineries in 2023. The three generations of vintners at Grayhaven bring both a fresh approach to arthouse winemaking as well as seasoned experience that spans the entire length of the Virginia wine industry, which began with the Virginia Farm Wineries Act of 1976.

Hammerling Wines
Hammerling Wines was founded in 2018. The goal of the project is to explore cool-climate California vineyards along the coast through the lens of low-intervention sparkling wine. Our winemaker and founder, Josh Hammerling, started working in cellars, vineyards and tasting rooms in Washington State in 2014. Many low-intervention experiments in friends’ garages led to a fascination with classic and experimental expressions of sparkling wine. In 2017 he moved to Berkeley to work for Broc Cellars and Donkey and Goat while he got his project off the ground. He settled on Berkeley for his winery to take advantage of its proximity to the Central Coast to the south and Mendocino to the north. It’s the ideal location for sourcing fruit from distinctive, responsibly farmed vineyards.
